parcels to the UK
Hi guys, I moved to LDN about a month ago, but obviously didn't have enough room in my baggage for all my winter stuff. Now my parents are gearing up to ship a bunch of jackets and boots, but they say all the CanadaPost and FedEx prices they've seen on parcels of about 15k are in the range of $300 (!!!!!).
Can anyone recommend any other good parcel services that would be cheaper?

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find anything very cheap when having things sent from Canada. To be honest, winters here are very different to there and you won't need the things that you had in Canada. Maybe halve the package and send two instead of one?

Shipping to the UK
I'm moving to the UK and am shipping through a company that uses Zoom airlines. The company is called mannixfreight.com I'm shipping from Vancouver but I do believe they do a door to airport service. I was quoted for 4 boxes of approx 30lbs for 300 bucks. I found with them I could take a lot more for the money. Good luck!

We used a shipping company called Britannia. You may want to google it. For a 4ftx4ftx4ft container they charged us about $500 CDN 3 years ago. They are based in Vancouver.
